FIRST EVER ARGENTINE NBA DRAFT PICK
AND WWE WRESTLER , JORGE GONZALEZ
PASSES AWAY !!!!
Jorge " El Gigante " Gonzalez has passed away due to
complications of Diabetes and his height . Jorge was 7' 7"
and was the first ever Argentine drafted to play in the NBA in
the late 80's . Ted Turner drafted him for the Atlanta Hawks but
it didn't work out so Turner asked if he would like to try his hand at
wrestling . After about a year of training , " El Gigante" was born to the
WCW where he became a sensation and eventually moved up to the Major
League of wrestling , The WWE .......
