PUERTO RICO TO USE RADIO TELESCOPE
 AS LURE FOR ECO - TOURISM !!!!!!!!!!

     As if Puerto Rico already didn't have enough Hotels and things for tourists to crawl all over on the island , one more playground is about to open up . The Observatory at Arecibo , in the next few years , will be on the receiving end of a complete makeover adding a cafeteria AND hotel . While many say that in the last few years , tourist numbers have been down , if you look at the economy as a whole , who the hell has had money to take a vacation ??? Puerto Rico , STOP holding your breath and asking why is it you can't breathe !! Stop making more and more of your country available to tourists who are just going to get drunk and pee on your beautiful streets . Understandably you are just trying to make a buck honestly and we applaud you for that  , however you also need to believe in your own beauty and strength and make deals from that perspective . You don't NEED any Business people to speak for you , your impeccable sand and your Blue to perfection waters say ALL that needs to be said .

NEVER EVER sell yourself short for a few measly sheckles , you are most certainly better than that ...........For sure there are plenty of scientists from around the world who would LOOOVE the chance to come stay in the Beautiful Caribbean and study their discipline under cool breezes and the tropical sun while occasionally having a drink with an umbrella in it !!! By the way , just so you know that it is NOT just the backdrop for movies , the Arecibo Observatory was the first to identify planets beyond our Solar System AND in 1974 sent a 3 minute broadcast to the outer reaches of space in an effort to contact possible Alien Civilizations . That's some George Lucas , Steven Spielberg shit right there and just so we're clear , while everyone dreams , Puerto Rico does ............
