BRAZILIAN PRESIDENT TO MAKE
HISTORY AT UNITED NATIONS !!!!!

La Señora Presidente De Brasil , Dilma Rousseff will make history today when she will be the first woman EVER to open the General Assembly of the United Nations . Brasil has ALWAYS opened the General Assembly with the first speech BUT this is the FIRST time the Country has had a woman President so this will be an Historic Moment . President Rousseff is expected to discuss the plight of women all over the world in addition to addressing the Assembly concerning Nationhood for Palestine .

Secretary of State , Hillary Clinton , is a fan of President Rousseff and of her stance on empowering women, saying at an event at the U.N. , " You cannot have the kind of broad-based economic growth that is so necessary in our world’s economy today if women are not able to play their economic roles outside the home as well as inside the home. When we liberate the economic potential of women, we elevate the economic performance of communities, nations, and the world. "
