RICK SANCHEZ !!!!!
In an interview on Sirius Satellite Radio
with Pete Dominick ( WHO???) Rick Sanchez
said that he had experienced subtle forms of racism
by people at CNN who looked at him as a second tier personality
and not a top tier person . Sanchez went on to say that people
like Jon Stewart have a limited worldview and that Jon is bigoted
against anyone not like him . The statement that really got him in trouble
was when he implied that CNN and other media outlets were run by Jewish people .
It was pointed out that Jewish people are an oppressed minority just like Rick who is Cuban ,
he then responded ,
RS: "C'mon. How is he a minority?"
PD: "He's Jewish."
RS: "Yeah, very powerless people." [laughs]
PD: "Whoa."
RS: "You're such a minority. I mean, you know. Please. What? Are you kidding?"
PD: "You're telling me that -- "
RS: "I'm telling you that everybody who runs CNN is a lot like Stewart. And a lot of people who run all the other networks are a lot like Stewart. And to imply that somehow they, the people in this country who are
Jewish are oppressed minorities ? Yeah "
Now Rick , we at TheBochinche Are EXTREMELY familiar with the people from CNN
New York and we have to say , if there are people in your way at CNN then get at them in a
most direct manner BUT you never paint EVERYONE with the same brush when only a few deserve
it . We all know that CNN has some problems such as that dumbass " Latino in America " series BUT
this does not mean that they are bigots they're just stupid ........
