The Order of Arts and Letters is being given to top Chef Jose Andres who is single handedly the man responsible for the popularity of Tapas in this country . Chef Andres has a few VERY well known restaurants , one , Jaleo is the eatery
that helped make famous that little thing called Tapas and in general bring authentic Spanish cooking into the mindset of Americans . One of the ways that people may know him is as host of the popular series , " Made in Spain " on PBS .
So please stand with TheBochinche in salute of Chef Jose Andres as he receives one of Spain's highest Cultural honors , The Order of Arts and Letters Medallion ........
