CUBAN SOMMELIER TO ENTER
WINE CONTEST IN DOMINICAN REPUBLIC !!!!!
For those of you who don't know , a sommelier pronounced ( sum - al - yea )
is a person who is a master of wine . This is the guy or girl in every restaurant that tells
them what to buy , what to offer and what wine goes with what meal. Long story short , a good
sommelier can increase business at your establishment ........ This is Placido Sariol Rocque and he is
a Cuban Sommelier who works for the Amigo Ancon Hotel and Resort in Trinidad and he will be representing
Cuba at this years Worlds Best Sommelier Contest being held this year in Santo Domingo . Many countries will be
represented such as Puerto Rico, Spain, Cuba, Germany, Israel, New Zealand, Poland, Slovenia, Switzerland and too many more to mention . TheBochinche envisions a final including only the Latin Countries !!!!
We're not hating just wishing .
