BOLIVIA CELEBRATES
" DAY OF THE PEDESTRIAN "

Anything with a motor , including Public Buses were a no no on Sunday in Bolivia . The government wanted to raise awareness about the environment and how it has come to be abused by the world . On Sunday over 2 million cars in 9 cities were persona non grata as the people of Bolivia completely took over the streets with evrything from Tai-Chi to to street games to the President , Evo Morales , making fun of his Vice President for not being able to keep up , "Children and young people should take over the streets to do sports. But I'm sorry that our vice-president was left behind," .
   
Some people have said that our Homey , Evo , is just trying to make himself look good BEFORE he springs La Sorpresa . Presidente Morales wants to construct  a highway RIGHT THROUGH the Amazon . TheBochinche does NOT know how true this is , Only that " The National Day of The Pedestrian " was a major success and for that we applaud El Señor Presidente , Evo Morales ..........
