FEDS FILE SUIT AGAINST
ARIZONAS' JOE ARPAIO
Sheriff Joe the assh*&%# from Maricopa County , Arizona
has been sued by The Department of Justice for refusing to hand
over paperwork detailing how they treat inmates and people they interact
with on the street .This is something every police department in the country
does annually in order to receive Federal funds . The deal is this , The Fed gives
money to police departments with the proviso that they follow Civil Rights laws . For
that funding they MUST provide paperwork that shows they have not violated people's
rights such as racial profiling or assuming people of a certain look or color are illegal .
Sheriff Joe has refused to hand over the required paperwork for the past 17 months and
now he and Arizona stand to lose over 100 million dollars and his department will lose at
least 3 to 4 million dollars for his stupidity . The Justice Department said in a statement
that they could not point to ANY other police department in the Country in the past 30 years
that had refused to give paperwork .
What's the matter , JOE , scared to let the FEDS find out what we've known all
along , that you use repugnant ways to harass Brown people who only want a better life
than they've previously known .Or that you constantly harass our Black brothers and sisters
for ABSOLUTELY no reason (aka Racial Profiling) ........
OH YEAHHH we know about you , everywhere there are Minorities , we know about YOU
And here's the rub........ THE FEDS are gonna know all about you REAL soon .
