GLITTER BOMBER COULD
GET 6 MONTHS JAIL TIME !!!!!!
University of Colorado student , Peter Smith is facing potential jail time of 6 months for throwing Glitter at Mitt Romney . Mr. Smith , a Gay Rights Student Activist , caught Romney unawares at a Colorado GOP event and tossed Glitter at the GOP Front Runner in Protest of Mitt's view on everything Gay . Almost immediately , Romney is whisked away by his security to the other side of the arena to continue shaking the hands of real supporters . The problem here is not the reaction by Mitt OR his security but the reaction of local law enforcement . Peter Smith is being potentially subjected to 6 months of jail time for , YOU will NOT believe this , “creating a disturbance, THROWING A MISSILE and an unlawful act on school property,” . How the Hell does throwing Glitter on someone constitute a missile , what this IS about is Free speech and the fact that Politicians want to be able to lie to us without being questioned . The last time TheBochinche checked , anyone could say anything to anyone in this country without fear of being prosecuted for your opinion . For all you Republican lovers , get used to less and less Freedom and Liberty if you vote Republican , OH and you better not be Gay , Black , Latino or poor in the Republican world.
