SIGNS INTO LAW , THE DREAM ACT !!!!!!!!!

Governor Brown , of California has done one more thing that people will be talking about in the state of California . In 1979 , Governor Brown was the first in the United States to appoint an openly Gay Judge to Superior Court in L.A. .The Thing he has done now will SURELY bring him grief . In 2011 , Governor Jerry Brown , of the great state of California , has signed the second portion of the Dream Act which makes it legal for illegal immigrants with good grades to apply for state aid for College . Here at TheBochinche , we think this is a wonderful and forward  thinking proposition . Not only did we ALL come here to better ourselves and better our new Country but also to live free and without fear.....Thank You , Governor Brown , you see that ALL people have potential and TheBochinche applauds you for that .
