HAPPY INDEPENDANCE DAY!!!
It occurs to me that as Latinos we should all be grateful for the independance we have .
Many of us have come from great distances emotionally and physically . For those of us born
here , we are inheritors of a birthright that makes us special and the envy of many . For those of us
here who are not born here , you are part of a special fraternity of people who have determined that
your lives were going to mean something and did not just dream it but put your dreams into action . For
those of us who are first generation born in The United States , your families have gone through indescribable hardships to get here , do them Proud !!!! For those of us who are still in the struggle , we
see you and know that we will never forget you and we remain HEAVY in the fight for you !!!!!
NOW , to all you haters ( I'm Talking to you ARIZONA) it was quite alright when the Europeans
came here in droves illegally , and yes , I'm talking about Dutch , Polish , British (anybody get it yet )
and no one built fences or even talked about fences . All of a sudden, in the most advanced time in the history of the world, we need to build fences ??? YOU FAIL ARIZONA so go in a corner somewhere and die slow . And one more thing ........ History has always shown that in a bid to show their worthiness , Immigrants have done great things in their new countries .........
