MEET A REAL HERO ,
JOSE CORDOVA JR.

In what has to be the feel good story of  the year , let TheBochinche tell you a little story about a SON with a HUGE heart ANNND immense love and respect for his father . Several years ago  a young Jose Cordova Jr. goes off to Iraq and then Afghanistan to serve and protect the country he loves so much . While all this is happening , Dad loses his job and then loses the family home in what has proven to be a terrible recession for Blacks and Latinos .

White people please don't be mad , we're just not used to seeing things like this affect you as well , usually it's just us . SOOOOO , Junior finds out what has been happening back home  and hatches a plan . THIS DUDE starts saving ALL his Military paychecks until he finally saves up $30,000.00 to buy his parents their home back. While in Afghanistan , Cordova contacts a realtor after finding out that the house is up for sale and puts in an offer for the Family Home .

THEN the unthinkable happens , the seller Raul Ponce , un GRAN Hombre  , finds out what's going on and LOWERS his price to help the Military Veteran complete the purchase . The Only thing left to say , and we hope One Republic doesn't mind , " IT'S A GOOD GOOD LIFE !!!!!!!  " If you ever happen to be in Phoenix and you're in the area of 16th and Van Buren , stop by and
shake the hand of a true family man and hero , Jose Cordova Jr. ......................

Oh YEAH , RAUL PONCE , you are definitely that dude  , you did a great thing lowering the asking price to help out someone who definitely deserved it , TheBochinche knows that your blessing is just around the corner papa !!!!!!!!!!
