It took less than an hour for the

good people of Tennesee to decide

that what members of their police force

had done was not only unconscionable but

criminal as well . It seems that after a Tennesee

Police Officer arrested Juana Villegas on a very minor

infraction ( so minor that ANYONE else would NOT have

been arrested ) he thought that it would be okay to  shackle

her hands and feet while she was 9 months pregnant AND in

need of delivering her baby . "I was afraid for my son, because if he

were to be born in the ambulance, I didn't know if I was going to be able

 to open my legs so he could come," this is what La Senora Villegas testified

to the Judge in the case about that terrible night .

Shortly before giving birth , Juana was unshackled so that a beautiful baby boy

was born BUT almost immediately afterwards she was again shackled AND chained

 to the bed . All while this was happening , she was being told that she would be promptly

deported and other terrible things .

U.S. District Judge William Haynes found that the Police violated Ms. Villegas

constitutional rights by showing indifference to her medical needs. For that it was

decided that they had violated her rights to the tune of $200,000.00 and that is what

the judgement was for . Now it must be said that Juana Villegas is still an illegal

immigrant , Pero subio rapido PAPA !!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
