WILL MANUEL NORIEGA SEE THE
INSIDE OF A PANAMANIAN PRISON ????

     When the plane touched down after flying to Panama City through Paris and Madrid , what emerged was an old , beaten and prison weary Manuel . After serving twenty years in an American Prison and then in 2010 being sent to serve Prison time in France for his part in laundering drug money and using it to buy real estate in Paris , Commandante Noriega's presence was requested by Panama to serve time in a prison there . What has emerged though is a man who had to have the presence of Panama's finest Doctors on board the transport for him hust to be sure he made the trip . In fact , the 77 year old looked more like un viejo pobrecito , being brought off the plane in a wheelchair .
     
Recently , a court in France okayed a request by Panama to have the former Thug - In - Chief moved out of a prison in that country and moved into a brand new cell at El Renacer jail just outside of Panama City Where he will face 3 twenty year terms for things like murder . What has emerged though , is the question of whether or not Noriega will ever see the inside of that cell since it is law in Panama that inmates past the age of 70 can serve their time at home and guess
what ??????? Manuel Noriega is 77 years old , so this idiot and killer of his own people might just live the rest of his days in relative comfort at his home while hundreds of Panamanian people still wait to know what happened to their Sons , Brothers or Husbands all those years ago .......... Sounds to TheBochinche like someone pulled a fast one on the people of France AND Panama . Just our thoughts .............
