Baseball prodigy who tests positive for Steroids

For years there have been Major League Baseball Academies
in the Dominican Republic giving an opportunity
to young men who might never get one , lately though
there has been a troubling problem .
Hector Veloz is 16 years old and just signed with the Baltimore Orioles for $300,000 dollars .
The problem is ,he ,like 20 other young promising
Dominican ballplayers has tested positive for steroids .
Out of 40 young men de la Republica 20 of them in the past year
have tested positive . My question is , How in the hell
do these young men test positive for steroids when they
don't have sufficient medicine ...... Major League Baseball
