MEXICAN HERO FROM
SEPTEMBER 11TH PASSES ON

Rafael Hernandez was the type of guy to get involved and NOT go the other way , maybe because he was a firefighter from Mejico , maybe because he COULDN'T walk away from people who needed him . Whatever the case may be , one thing is certain , WE are ALL worse off now that he has gone home to God . 49 year old Rafael Hernandez was showing visiting friends from Mejico , the New York skyline and the busy streets of Lower Manhattan when the world changed forever .

After the first plane hit the building , Rafael , sprang into action never for a minute thinking about the terrible things that could happen to him . In fact , Fox News Latino , interviewed the HERO recently for a special on that HORRIBLE day . Among the many things he said , one was this , " I have always been driven to help , to rescue " and in that interview ,  he even went on to say that as a firefighter he felt duty bound to use the skills at his disposal to rescue those in need when he saw the towers ablaze . After rescuing many many people including one woman who was pregnant and stuck on the 29th floor ,  Hernandez stayed on at Ground Zero for three months helping survivors and then helping to recover those that did not make it .......

After all this , Rafael Hernandez led a support group called , " Frontiers of Hope " which serves as a meeting place , pyschological help center and all around good place to go when people want to discuss their illness or find out what the latest is concerning Ground Zero . TheBochinche asks , NO , DEMANDS that you bow your head and raise your right closed fist to the sky in salute of a real HERO , RAFAEL HERNANDEZ de Mejico !!! We will miss you Greatly AND ALWAYS will think of you with Respect , Honor and Love !!!!!!!!!!!
