PUERTO RICO TO ROCK THE ROSE PARADE !!!
Honor like this does NOT come often but it seems that the Banda Escolar de Guayanilla got it goin' on . Media was alerted , cameras were ready and reporters were all looking ready to report this very important event that happens every New Year . The honor of performing in the Rose Parade and who it goes to is a very very serious and special thing and who makes the cut tells the rest of the country that is watching that these mostly High schoolers are the best of the best . TheBochinche does NOT need to tell those of you who are in school bands but for the rest of you non musicians , this is the SUPERBOWL for these kids and BRAVO , to those of you who made it .
Banda Escolar de Guayanilla estan tan duro que ganaron primer premio este año en Mayaguez y la legislatura de Puerto Rico has pagado tributo a esta banda escolar . La Señora Maribel Lugo Garcia has really done one hell of a job with her 204 strong banda and she needs to be applauded for showing small town kids that not only is music truly universal but that hard work and dedication really do go a long way toward your dreams . So hang out with TheBochinche on New Years' Day and watch the Rose Parade with us .................
Guayanilla will be in the white pants with the Green and Yellow jackets , make sure you clap for ALL the bands , they really deserve it , BUT Clap a little harder for the kids from GUAYANILLA , they will be a long way from home .
