20 YEAR OLD STUDENT , MARISOL VALLES GARCIA ,
BECOMES POLICE CHIEF OF BORDER TOWN 
  GUERRERO  , MEXICO

Guerrero , a small town in Chihuahua , Mexico has just hired a 20 year old Police Chief .
Marisol Valles was the only person who would accept the job in the small but very violent town .
" Yes , there is fear "  Valles told CNN en Español in an interview , " The weapons we have are Principles
and Values " Marisol replied when asked how her Police , who will be mostly female and unarmed ,would
 respond to problems when they arose . Garcia claims that what she will do immediately  , is begin to change the relationship between the town and the Police by talking to people and establishing programs for the schools ........
