TELEVISA PUTS ON THEIR BIG BOY PANTS
AND BUYS 5% OF UNIVISION !!!!



Televisa no estan jugando when it comes to
being a player in the American market . Toward
that end Televisa paid 1.2 Billion dollars for a 5%
stake in Univision Communications and reserves the right to
buy up to 40 % of the company . In order for all this to play out 
correctly , the deal calls for a 50 % split with Univision of TuTv
and for their content agreement to extend to 2020 .
