CARACAS HIRES MIMES TO
DEAL WITH BAD DRIVERS !!!!!!!!

 The small City of Sucre in Caracas , Venezuela has had enough with rude and discourteous drivers . It is not uncommon for one to see drivers miss their exit on the highway and then back up nor is it crazy if a
motorcycle , driving on the sidewalk , demand that you move while walking . Mayor Carlos Ocariz came up with the brilliant idea of hiring street performers after its' initial success by a Mayor of Bogota , Colombia . The Mimes , if they see you acting in a way that is unsafe to others , will give you tha bizness in silence , effectively making the mime a human traffic signal and someone who WILL embarrass you in public . Not only that , they are also instructed to tame lawless pedestrians who zip across streets filled with traffic
that have the right of way .............If you happen to be in Caracas and a brightly colored man or woman comes up to you in HUGE shoes and a bright red nose shaking their fingers , you may have just been pulled over by the Traffic Police of Sucre !!!!!!! So please ........... look both ways before crossing and if driving , remember to slow down because after all , who is in a rush to DIE ????????
